Browser actions emulation small software needed

Hello. I need a programmer or company, who's familiar with user behavior emulation through Internet Explorer or Firefox. I need a small tool to perform a fairly easy task, by emulating user actions. The tool will also need to work with captcha recognition services (both have api).
