Addon for World of Warcraft (1770389)

Im trying to find a worker who can design and develop a portable framework that will allow the personalization of WoW. This, i want to be achieved by modelling player,game and device for 10-15 players (of different levels), use neural networks in matlab for the personalization of the game (use data from the modelling and finally make a recommendation for weapon,armour,combat panel, quests,PvP player, Co-op player, e.g. if a "x" player is on "p" level and with some characteristics needs now "that" weapon).Finally use Microsoft XNA engine to complete the middleware so it can be used as an addon to WoW. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
