A dashboard connection program for USB modem

We need modification on a connection program for Huawei e170 USB modem. The Program should install necessarily modem drivers and do all reg changes needed (default behavior) The Program should implement our design graphics (we supply PSD) The Program (if possible) should be translated to hebrew (u send us string and we translate) The program should have a default APN we provide The Program should place a few shortcuts icons on desktop (URL+Icon we provide) The Program should run our exe in the end of its first installation run The Program should have a connect button to activate the GSM modem connection Payment Via GAF oEscrow Only Delivery 1 week from award.
