Little Script for a task automation

Hello! Its a little script i need. You choose the technology. Probably something like c or vb or java or automator. I need to automatize a task. 1- Start the script (no board) We need to open the script and have a command (with the keyboard) to start or stop the script. 2- What are using the script: 1- We have a CVS When the task begin the script copy 2 variables on the cvs. as soon its pick up this is deleted on the cvs . 2- Execution of the tasks: the mouse go to an application already opened. Make 2 clicks on it, Type (and not paste) the first variable, Then make an another click, paste the second variable and make another click THAT IT! This loop need to execute in 2 or 3seconds. Finally you will send me an exe or java app or automator script. I think there max 30 line of codes. couple of hours of works should be enough.
