Calculate number values from text file

Need app that will read text file and count values accordingly. On run app will need to open window and display password field and number buttons to enter code(password can be determined in source) If no password entered within 3 seconds app will autoclose same with wrong password if correct password is entered app will read through text file (path determined from source) that is in following format Tue Jan 01 12:51:59 2013, 1.00 Sun Jan 27 12:42:42 2013, 0.10 Wed Feb 27 13:32:52 2013, 0.10 Wed Feb 27 14:38:31 2013, 1.00 Thu Feb 28 16:14:28 2013, 2.00 Thu Feb 28 23:01:05 2013, 1.00 Fri Mar 01 12:51:59 2013, 1.00 Fri Mar 01 12:55:14 2013, 0.50 Fri Mar 01 12:55:16 2013, 0.50 App will have to calculate total of the last numeric values from file only for current year and only for previous and current month Once calculated display totals for each month February 4.10 March 2.00 once totals displayed autclose in 5 seconds.
