Add functionality to existing ASP .Net MVC 5 Project

We have an existing application that our company built. It is used for ERP for major companies and we will need our IP protected by the developer chosen. The application uses Windows Workflow Foundation 4.1 to guide and record changes to all data objects. We also use entity framework and code first migrations. The WWF infrastructure is a simplified usage that we developed a mini-framework to do. The developer will need to review examples in other parts of the application on how this is used and be able to quickly ramp up on how to develop using our unique framework for this. Attached is the user stories, flows etc that will need to be developed. We will also provide Wireframes but the developer will need to adopt the template items that we are already using for the UI. You will be provided with the full template and the different UI items it works with. We also use Syncfusion SSRS control for the reporting.
