c# - Read a Raster tiff, Geotiff or Shapefile and return the values

This is a small app in c#. You can use external libraries provided they work in the same process and DO NOT make external command line calls. The app will open Raster tiff, Geotiff or point Shapefile in c# and return the projection as a string and return the values and coordinates in an array. Please let me know what library you will use, I have a preference for GDAL in c#
