CakePHP Programmer for Writing Script

I am looking for a cake php programmer to write a script. I don't have cpanel so you will have to use a SSH File Share Protocol program like filezilla or cyberduck. Here is my project: When a member, from my site, uploads a picture, I want it to also upload to my website's Facebook Wall and display the uploaded picture with and a short description with a couple link backs within the description. These pictures will upload without the member having to select any buttons. These pictures should be uploaded to Facebook at the same time the pictures is uploaded to my site or have a cron job to upload the newest uploaded pictures.
