Create an APP using XCode/Buzztouch.com

I am looking to create an Apple APP for my new website thats being created. It will be an online classified advertising site, I need users to have the ability to view, search and upload ads on a mobile device that will also place the ad directly to my website. I also need the ads posted online to appear on this APP. I also want users to be able to login on a mobile device using facebook and twitter, or their normal account that they used to login online. I was looking into Buzztouch and XCode but a bit too advanced for my skills. I am looking for a finished product that I can then upload to Apple for approval.
