Adobe Flex/Flash Development of Mobile App

We want to have a mobile site designed which will run in the Adobe Air environment. Development should take place using Adobe Flex, Action Script and Adobe Flash and related tools. The app will consist of a simple list of customer names and one or more appointments/jobs for each customer. Data will be stored in a local database on the mobile device. You should quote also optionally for a web service which will retrieve the data from an online MS SQL database (Express 2008 R2). 3 or 4 tables involved. User should be able to scroll through the list of customers. And see the list of appointments for each customer. Design is up to you, but it should look professional (like a native iPhone or Android app). Development should include app for iPhone and Android phone device. You should quote separately for the cost of getting it into the iTunes and Android marketplace directories. (We have an account with Apple Developer already.)
