Hi there! My name is Mel. I'm a Brisbane-based creative content writer. I also currently work as a real-time transcriptionist for the National Relay Service (you may or may not have heard of it.) I help deaf or hearing impaired users make phone calls. This involves typing what the hearing party is saying in real-time! Being a freelance writer, I have confident editing and proofreading skills. I went a little bit overboard and actually transcribed the entire video. Because there is a limited amount of characters available for this proposal, I am unable to paste all of it (1602 words).
