Article/Content writer for Topics on Web Proxy/Anonymous proxy

Need an content writer to write articles on 'Web proxies' and related areas. The purpose is Search engine optimization of my proxy site, but I need quality content to suit human visitors too. The articles can be basic information articles or 'how to' articles. The requirement is one article per week for 3 months. The budget is 6$ per article ( 500 to 1000 words). Articles should be original and unique. The writer may refer other resources, but copy-paste is not accepted.
