Business Plan Professionlly done for eCommerce firm

We are a new Web site that requires a business plan with all its financial and marketing documentation needed. The majority of the data needed will be provided by myself if its related to the business itself, yet research will need to be done on the market size, figures, etc. Simply put, everything is in my head, and need to translate that in to a proper business plan for our company. The plan will be inclusive of 3 Web sites, and for a time period to cover 3 - 5 years, so its not a one fiscal year BP. The plan should be comprehensive, and not require my input of doing the work, except giving details. I wish I had the time to do it, but I can't and the first plan was damaged as long as with my computer and other files. This plan is urgent please, and needs a little research.
