code and programing problem

My site was ranked number 1 - 3 on Google now after new web designee and change to content management? ? 3 of my advertisers with unrelated content are coming up on Google but not me. I need someone to check out all of the programming coding and someone to target the content to the search phrases I wish to reappear on. Some one to fix up tags behind advertisers to automatically generate related content
