The reason for this is: it takes roughly 7 to 10 days before your articles are approved, and you want the account to get upgraded as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is best to submit all the basic submissions at once. Then you will continue to upload articles to the different accounts at the rate of 10 daily, spreading them over all 10 accounts, until you have reached 30 articles each account.
