Assist with Project Management

Our company is setting up a wholesale distribution network of Hyundai and KIA vehicles spare parts in Miami, Florida (USA). We need help with a related project that will involve two phases: Phase 1: Researching and putting together an Excel sheet with a list of 150 potential clients in the area using these specific vehicle brands. This list will include potential clients, such as Kia, Hyundai auto dealerships, parts distributors, corporate fleets, driving schools, repair shops, etc (This research will involve tools such as Google, Yahoo, online and local yellow pages, etc). Phase 2: The freelancer will need to contact these potential clients (via 5-10 min phone calls) with a short scripted speech, in order to determine their interest in purchasing inventory from our company at a deep discount. Interested clients will be visited by our sales team in Florida for an introduction of our products and services. For this project and because he or she will need to speak with our potential customers, we will only consider to hire freelancers with an impeccable command of the English language (both written and spoken). We kindly request that potential freelancers do NOT apply for this job if their written and spoken command of the English language is not at least at 95% proficiency; we are looking to hire candidates for this particular project that don't have an accent when speaking English (United States), for the above-explained reasons.
