I have two files of scanned business contact information that I need to have converted into contact information on an Excel Spreadsheet.
File 1. Scanned Business Cards. The business cards are quite readable, but the images are not perfectly clear. Approximately 225 business cards. Mostly in English.
File 2. Business Directory. The contact information is visible at the top of each record. The images are very clear. Approximately 1500 records
The data collected for each contact includes: Company, Title, First Name, Last Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip/Postal, Country (if not USA) , Office Phone, Cell Phone, Fax, Other Phone, Email
Categorizing the phone number properly is less important than making sure it is captured.
Not all data from the business cards or directory listings will be captured on the spreadsheet. For example, URL will not be captured.
Accuracy is critical and errors will not be accepted.
This project must be completed by 9 AM Eastern Time (1400 GMT) , Monday, 9 December
Preference will be given to bidders that submit a sample with their bid.
