Adding tags and removing formatting from CSV file - needed today

I have a CSV file with approx. 350 products. I need someone to do the following: - in column B "Title", make sure the title makes sense. I've used Excel to remove repetitive words in the title (for example, became "Button-up Collared Shirt", however there are some with errant punctuation ("-Adjustable Bow Tie 3.5 Inches (Size 9 Cm)" and "& White Jeff Driver Cap Hat" need to be fixed. - in column C "Body (HTML)", the text is sometimes in one paragraph. I need it broken up in the same cell to add paragraphs. Some paragraphs have too many blank lines, so I need those removed so everything is uniform. Plain text, not HTML. Is there are HTML formatting tags, please remove them. - in column F "Tags", each product need to be tagged with the colours of the product as well as specific tags for product type, depending of course on the project. So one could be "CAPS,White,Black,XXS,0-12M". If there are other tags, leave them how they are but remove any spaces so the tags read as above, case sensitive. I will give you a list of tags to use. I have removed 90% of the HTML tags and repetetive title words, so it is mostly formatting Column C and tagging in F. I can give you the file as CSV, Excel or Numbers and will be available all day by Skype if you have questions. Perfect accuracy is required. I will give specific and clear instructions.
