I need the following strategy back tested for 10 years: -Start with 29 ETFs -Trade monthly -Each month calculate the average for the 1, 3, 6, and 12 mo returns -Invest evenly into the top 8 some of the Etfs are not 10 years old so you will need to find a similar etf or mutual fund for calculations
