Add Emails to My Autoresponder

i have a list of targeted people that have subscribed on one website, but want to transfer them to my auto responder to another website. There are about 500 people would like you to manually submit the emails to my auto [login to view URL] need to have the ability to change your ip address when submitting the emails in my list because aweber only allows you to submit up to 10 emails per ip address.
