We run Manage Point software (by Redmap). We need docs (quotes and invoices) that have been saved by our staff to manage point processed or returned to sender if insufficient information is provided by the supplier. The process of processing in Manage Point is simple - visually check the quotes or invoices, find the relevant information and complete the fields - index (save) the completed file. Move to the next doc in the queue.
