The candidate must practice tactful diplomacy and possess the ability to multi-task with many projects in a very fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Schedule appointments as well as coordinate and book complex travel - domestic and international Book reservations - both business and social, coordinate all appointments with office staff Manage all office business, personal mail and email correspondence Receptionist duties - recieve and greet all guests and visitors - making all feel welcome Exposure to high profile people will require the utmost in confidentiality and discretion Energetic and extremely organized Assist with miscellaneous errands and tasks as needed
