I know the applications which will help in recovering the deleted contents from the memory devices and hard drives

First we have to distinguish whether the card is physically or only logically damaged (physical: the bits cannot be read from the card; logical: bits are readable, they are just scrambled up). Making a distinction and a rough estimate of the damage would require an hour of conference with accessing your computer's screen (preferably skype or TeamViewer). The cost of this (set as milestone) would be €20. After that better estimates can be made of chances of recovery and their time&cost. Physical damages -depending on extent- might require postage to data recovery laboratory - I do not have access to such equipment. Logical damages might allow for remote recovery: your computer collects the messed bits, uploads them to me (you will need to be able to upload that many data); then I recover what is left of the data, and you can download it from me. In this case I need to know the size of the card, in gigabytes (GB). If uploading is a problem, I can most probably run the recovery remotely on your computer, but that would require me hours using it (with your supervision). If all else fails, you can send me the card by regular postage. Either ways, for a mild physical or any logical defect a price of €200 is more than enough (maximum €300 for huge cards), you should consider lowering the costs of this project!
