Database Needed for my Wedding Ceremonies

I am a Wedding Officiant and would like to have a stand-alone database created to enter and house the various portions of a wedding ceremony. The purpose is to be able to enter paragraphs of vows, unity ceremonies, etc., to be able to preview each section of data (ie. Be able to view all of the vows, etc.) on the screen, to be able to select portions of a ceremony as noted above and to generate a completed wedding ceremony in Word Format. We would also like to have the ability to have the database save incomplete ceremonies for later retrieval and completion. This would be a stand-alone database that we would carry on our laptops to wedding consultations with perspective couples. Contact me for more details.
