Design My Tshirts

i have an account with cafepress and spreadshirt. both are dot com companies that lets you sell tshirts with your own design. i need some who is good at designing things i have in mind. i prefer someone who has done things like this before. please take a look at those sites so you know more or less what i'm looking for in terms of where the designs will end up. please tell me what your rates are per design, the times you are available, and designs you have done before.
