according to our .psd design. The theme layout is fairly simple, a main page with the three large image links, topbar, logo and sidebar&footer, and content pages with the topbar,content,
sidebars and footer. We're currently on a fast schedule and looking forward for hearing the time and cost estimate for creating the theme
