Design of a multimedia controller

I need a programmer to program firmware for a control system I am developing. Since I am already familiar with the MikroBasic compiler, I would prefer the firmware be written in that language. The target processor will be a Pic32Mx460. I use a mikromedia PIC32 development board and I would like to be able to review your HEX files on this platform. The controller: -Will have a 320 x 240 TFT touch screen. -Will retrieve .csv files from a host PC thru USB and store them in internal memory. -the csv file is a 32 byte wide array with up to 2500 lines. Each line represent a time information and a 2-byte message. The array will be represented on the tft screen in an excel-like grid and will be sortable, editable and filterable. -Will retrieve music files from a host PC and store them in memory (wav and MP3). -Will receive and decode SMPTE LTC time code through a dedicated audio input. (see [login to view URL]) -Will communicate with a network of addressable field units though the USART at 2600 bauds(the interface to the real world is already built). The purpose of this controller is to trigger events at pre-programmed times, according to the csv files in its memory. As a timing source it can use its own internal clock, or sync to time code (incoming audio signal that must be decoded) or sync to the playback time of a music file from its internal memory. The CSV files can be edited on board the controller and filtered in real time. This will be a per hour project, as the complete set of specs is not 100% finalized. More details in private.
