Accelerometer based mouse

This is an accelerometer based mouse, that detects hands movements to move a cursor on the computer screen. as evident, it is a two part software design: 1: to detect the hand gestures using the accelerometer data. 2: to write the mouse application on the PC side. The main set of components are ATMEGA32 microcontroller and an ADXL 345 accelerometer and an ITG3200 gyroscope. A Serial connectoin between the user and PC is desired. The only required functionality is to run the cursor using a mapping of the user's hand movement. The only restriction is to use the listed hardware. The required product should have a complete software design along with the basic circuit schematic used. with the final code and circuit please do attach a word file explaining the operating procedure. This application is intended to for novices so try to add as much information as possible for a first time user.
