CRT TV repair

I have a crt tv, and need electronics technician expert to assist me fixing it, and here is a description of the fault: it came from customer doesn't turn on, gives red led and when start to work, it shuts off sudenly, and the led turned off, and sometimes it work fine, when it does this, it still work as long as its turned on, but when i turn it off for a while and turn on again, it makes the same as i described previously. if you have any questions, please ask.
