Hi, I have experience with all mentioned components and communications protocols. For First phase, I will develop software and hardware prototype which will include: phosphine (ph3) sensor Carbon Monoxide Flammable gasses, smoke Temperature and a humidity And a case tamper switch Plus two more analogue inputs for additional growth It will need a small lith batt to support itself for 8 hrs(or so) if the pwr goes off After successful completion, I will move second phase in which I will add: - GSM and PoE. Dear sirs. I have good experience in AVR controllers. Also I have a large experience work with different (different temperature and humidity sensors, pH an CO-sensors) for autonomous ventilation and climat-control applications. I succesfully finished several projects with FTP-communications over GSM (2 of them was completed on freelancer.com). This project have lot of options and the price is depends of lot of details, so final price can be determined after discussion about details. For example, from your desciption is not clear: do you need to obtain the working hardware prototype? Usually i make hardware prototype to check the design and for demonstration by video, but my current price not include the cost of delivery and the price of components. The available resources of Arduino (pins, memory, interrupts) may be is not enough for so big number of external devices. For that reason the detailed description of sensors and the device behaviour is necessary. The price is also can be changed by this. With best regards Maxim Bulkowsky
