I have over 35 years experience as an electronic design and PCB engineer, please see my profile for more details I believe I could help with the PCB design and manufacture but not the case or the software. I have recently designed several Blue tooth products using Nordic and TI devices NRF 8001, NR51822, NRF52832, CC2541, CC2564 and the Laird BL600 and MDBT40 hybrids. The devices contain a mixture of Flash, orientation / motion device, RTC, LED's and buzzers. Therefore I could easily design your product. hello how are you? i check the instruction carefully, i suppose ‎ATtiny85 micro controller will be more reliable for this small design, prototype and PCB and BOM material will be send to you using tow battery same type of your suggestion link, oe other thing i suggest to use Zigbee as its low energy consumption, so you dont need to change the battery everyday, thank you able to sign NDA agreement

Hi. Interesting project. I congratulate you on your initiative. I am currently developing a project using a very versatile device. It has the ability to analog inputs (to use sensors), It is low power and works with 3.3 V (it would be necessary to use a cell with more than 3v voltage), has WIFI included and best of all has a small microprocessor and not It depends on an arduino or PIC.
