Assistance with Sub-Domain

I'm attempting to set up a subdomain for my website raleighncproperties.com. The subdomain is raleighncflatfee. I've tried to create a page for this subdomain using a page from the main site as a template. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what to do next. I can send you the page that I created for this subdomain and I need for you to name them, make sure the links are correct and upload them to where they need to be on the site.
