Convert Joomla to Pure HTML

I have 2 problems with my Joomla site, [login to view URL] 1. When using Internet Explorer, it displays incorrectly. And it is a little off in Opera as well. (Looks fine on Firefox and Chrome.) 2. It loads too slowly. For some reason it seems to have to load everything before displaying anything. And it takes about 5 seconds or so, which is too long. So I would like to convert the entire site to pure HTML.
