create fillable form *in Adobe Pro!*

Requires Adobe Pro (I believe). I need a form created in Adobe Pro. I have a Word version of the form, and I also have a PrimoPdf version as a model. However, the filled out form cannot be saved if the user opens it with Acrobat Reader -- unless it is created with an Adobe product. This should be a real quickie - -but there will be additional forms to follow. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
