Hi, I've read your project description and it''s a thing that I've done in a couple of my projects. I used Sainsmart 16x2 LCD and interfaced it to Arduino via I2C interface. The whole process is as follows: The proceess data/results from MATLAB is streamed on to Arduino via serial interfaced and then dumped on to the LCD via I2C. I'll be glad to do it for you.
