calculate peak value in excel

Hi, -every row is one ID - in C;D;E we have values from-to - in G are positive and negative values, and in red the total amount my question: is it possible to somehow calculate under which circumstances the total amount in red is the possible highest, if in C;D;E it is allowed to filter one connected section for each column. so the output for example should be like this-> the highest total amount in red is reached, when C; range is from 16,2 to 22,4 D; range is -0,1 to 0,2 E; range is from 1,2 to 9,5
