Add Facebook Like Button to Website Hosted on GoDaddy Website Builder

We're looking for someone to write a short script that will integrate the "Facebook Like Button" into our website hosted at Go [login to view URL]'s Website Builder program. The button must have a light background, shows faces of our Facebook Fans without the stream from our Facebook Fan Page. Other specifications for the Facebook button will be provided to the winner bidder. The Facebook Like Button we have now only shows up when the user is logged into Facebook. We want a Facebook Like Button that shows up all the time, even when the user is not logged into Facebook. The Facebook Like Button must also be compatible with Google Chrome and with all versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer.
