a loan finder website

Hi there, I am wanting to open a website for my new loan broker business. I have registered 2 domain names and have paid for webhosting for a yr but unfortunately i havnt the slightest clue on how to start designing my website. I would like it to be simple and business like but also easy to navigate thru. I would also like a page designed for prospective clients to fill out an loan application online. I am new to this business and website stuff and am really easy to please and work with...
