Create 4 Cartoon Characters - Urgent

Hi, I need 4 cartoon characters designed, 2 boys and 2 girls, each slightly different. They then need to be animated with slight gestures such as a little wave, eyes blinking, smile, etc. I would like them to look very very similar to these: [login to view URL],1305993612,2/[login to view URL] I would like the characters to look as follows: Boy 1 - As in example image but with glasses Boy 2 - Dark skin tone (asian/caribbiean) Girl 1 - As in example image Girl 2 - Red hair They all need to be dressed in school uniforms: Boys: dark green jumper, white polo shirt and black or grey trousers, Girls: dark green cardigan/jumper, white polo shirt and black or grey skirt/trousers. Black shoes. A little logo needs adding to each top which I can provide. I'm open to ideas, it might be best to be an animated gif so it works on ios devices. Let me know if you have any questions.
