Banners required for Lingerie website

I'm looking for a web designer to design me a couple of banners for my new lingerie website. I can supply all pictures etc. The first banner needs to be 865 x 125 (Non Flash) with a LOGO design by yourselves for the name 'Elegant Lingerie' and an eye-catching look. The second banner I require is a 865 x 255 (Flash required) this will have a selection of quality pictures fading in an out and a few random words floating over and then disappearing. Once again something unique. I will be adding this so I need the 1st banner as a JPG or GIF and the second banner will have to be with HTML script so that I can insert this myself.
