Custom Banners for new site

I am looking for some banners for my new website. I am just getting started so my budget is not very high. I likes your rates and saw a lot of good feedback. I am not very creative and was hoping to find someone that could put together some very professionally looking banners for my site. I am looking for a handful of banners for my homepage of my site. I have a website that concentrates in the sell on remanufactured ink and toner cartridges with a twist of charity work. For every cartridge I sell I donate a portion of the sale to an organization that helps bring safe and clean drinking water to developing countries. I am trying to use the banners to tell a story of what i am doing. By using images and statistics along with it. I want to have some banners that speak on behalf of the charity and others that focus on what I am actually selling too. I am looking to have a direct correlation between the two. I can sort of picture some ideas in my head, but cant really think of how to exactly lay it out. I was hoping to find someone that I could throw some ideas at and they could maybe try and use their creativeness to put together some very professional looking work.
