Automated Themed Video Creation

We are looking to hire somebody capable of developing a system for automatically creating a video file from a set of user provided resources. We currently have a website on which users are able to upload and order a set of their own resources. These resources fit into the following categories: • Pictures/photographs • Video clips • Text • An audio file / music track When these files are uploaded and ordered they are placed into a directory on our webserver along with a file describing the order in which they are required. We then manually create a video which is then hosted on our site and a link e-mailed back to the user. We wish to automate the whole process. The successful candidate will be able to write a program / script which when called will take the resource folder and use the contents to automatically create a customised video for the user. The user will be able to choose from a set of different themes/styles in which the finished video will be presented. You will be responsible for creating the software to automatically create the video files, as well as creating twelve different themes options. The files should be created in such a way that if a user uploads an identical set of resources more than once, and selects the same theme; the final video will still be slightly different. The job is for the creation of both the automation software as well as twelve themes. When replying, please make sure your quote includes all of this. Your quote should include both a price and time for delivery of the software and the twelve different themes.
