Company Website redesign

Our company website has been designed a while ago, and we would like it to be brought up to date. The whole site needs redesigning, by a professional who can provide us with the best quality work. As you can see from the website [login to view URL] it needs to be totaly redesigned. The pages will be simple, just providing our customers with information, and no e-commerces solution is needed. We would like a modern look to it and we will be responsible for the content. We would also like the site to be easily updatable, i.e. so we can add more information if needed (we will discuss with the winner) but bear in mind that the project needs this, such as new product categories. Our site is fairly high up in the rankings, so we do not want to lose our position in the search engines, so bear in mind. A good flash banner is needed, that conveys our business.
