Convert 2 1/2 psds to websites. html and css, some flash

We have three designs (two of them are basically the same design, just different layouts) as psd files and need them as working pages. Your job: Cut the image elements, create the html code and the css, and upload to a server. Your work needs to render well in internet explorer 7 (and above), firefox, safari and chrome. Download times need to be optimized (images cut well, Gradients where possible a 1 pixel wide images…). We want only little css (fonts, colours, mouse-over). The whole structure should be table-based, not div-based (as rendering is still a problem in a lot of browsers). Please keep in mind that these are just the few pages of a website with a lot of pages of different build, so keep things manageable. Creo_Home_Page: In the product overview there is one product (Briefumschläge) that has an extra frame: This is a mouse over effect. In the top bar there is one word in blue (Products) That is a mouse over effect as well. In the product matrix: The words “Aufkleber drucken”, “Visitenkarten drucken” etc need to be words, not images. Creo_Calculator_Page: On the calculator-page there is a line with a blue frame around the result (near the button “In den Einkaufswagen”). Here we need you to create 3 lines (content always the same) with the frame showing only on mouse-over. Creo, Both pages: ATTENTION: The shadows below each of the boxes are a gradient that goes from a darker grey to a light grey OR to white, depending on the height of the shadow on the page (those at the bottom have a gradient to white, those higher on the page have a gradient to a light grey). Please do not solve these as pngs with semi-transparency. This does not render well in internet explorer 7. Please create 4 different gradients (gradient_to_dark, gradient_to_semi_dark, gradient_to_semi_light, gradient_to_light). We will then later on create a javascript on our side that will determine WHERE on the page that box stands and then position the proper gradient. For the header you will find 3 versions in the psds. Please use the one with the Login-Box at the top, and the phone number as embossed text near the search-bar. (You’ll find these in the [login to view URL], but they need to be applied on both pages, the Creo_Calculator_Page and the Creo_Home_Page. IMPORTANT: We want to use every pixel of width we can get. This means you will need to scale the creo-design, so that the width of the part we have shown you in [login to view URL] will be 1.000 pixels wide (which is the part that will be visible on 1.024-pixel screens after subtracting a scrollbar and window-frame) Maslam_Home_Page: This one should be pretty straight forward. Flash Movie: On both home pages there is a wildly coloured image. In both cases we want a flash movie to run, that allow any images of the correct size to scroll from right to left. (Here a slide show runs showing the product benefits. For your work just take ANY images to just show how it works. Your work is not to design the flash movie, just to create the technology fitting the page-layout). The challenge here is the maslam-design, that has the flash movie running BEHIND these envelope-style frame elements.
