App/Game/Flash to run on Touch Tables...Urgent!

We need a quiz consisting of 6 questions to run on our touch tables. Multiple choice answers (4) in a big ‘button’ so users can press. Depending on which answer is chosen, the screen changes colour/ comes up with a graphic saying Correct/ Incorrect with the answer. Button for “next question” takes you to the next question. One massive loop. We will provide the design. It's to go on some touch tables so it needs to be some sort of app or flash game that will run on the table. The tables can run a mac but normally run windows. This is for a very large bluechip company so it needs to work perfectly!
