Custom Flash Countdown Clock

I'm looking for a Flash countdown clock where I can enter a date and have it countdown the days, hours, minutes and seconds. It needs to have a Title area where I can input the Title of the clock/event I'm counting down to. I'd like it to be image based. Where each tick of the second/minute/hour/day changes to a different image with the same style as the countdown clock from the TV show '24'. ([login to view URL]) I'd also like to have audio with each tick from the show that has a control to turn the audio off if desired. The flash object will end up on my personal web site. Thanks, Mike
