commchat video chat with bug to solve

we have the common audio/video flash application named commchat. It works fine execpt for this known bug: two browsers (even on the same laptop), two users A-B, A opens webcam stream, B view the stream, A closes the webcam module, B opens the same module, B views a freeze image A views "video unavalable." We pay max 40 dollars to solve this bug. we give the client with access to the our remote server client code and support via chat thanks
