Change Management Book Ghostwriting

I have a signed contract to write a book on Organizational Change Management. The book is outlined and some copy is already developed. Significant amounts of intellectual capital exists to support the manuscript. The book must adhere to a style dictated by the publisher. (It will be part of a popular business book series and I have sample chapters that show the style.) I need somebody who understands organizational change management. I have no time to teach you the underlying concepts. I need somebody who is available to work by phone on Fridays, Saturdays or Sunday afternoons. (If the only time you can talk is on Monday - Thursday, we won't be a good match.) I need somebody who can significant time on this topic. I am behind and must catch up immediately.
