Banner Modification for Website

This project consists of creating several variations/options of the graphic attached (PSD provided). The image is used in a Flash module that we will be posting as a separate project once we have finalized the new “What’s Hot” tab (that is being renamed “Industry Highlights”). The primary objective is to make the last tab stand out more than the others, but must also look clean and professional. We expect the graphics design professional to take the information we have provided and use creativity and design skills to produce/modify a professional end product. Please see notes below for guidelines of the changes needed. The comments in the attachment are only guidelines, the worker selected will need to use creativity and professional design skills to create some variations that we will be able to choose from.
