Hello, Since you don't want a complete, "fixed" catalog, I think that the best solution will be to have a "criteria" sheet, from which you will select the criteria for the catalog each time. For example, a catalog with all products of a certain category, or all products in a price range. Having 1-3 predefined catalog templates, with your logo, your details and predefined positions for each product, and VBA code for importing the selected products into these templates, based on the criteria each time, you will have to click a button in order to get the PDF catalog. This is of course an idea, you have also yours, which we have to discuss. A few words about me: I'm developing VBA programs for more than 15 years and I'm a trainer for Excel and VBA for 12+ years.
